Primo Vino website is for persons from 20 years and above. Website visitors confirm that they are 20 years old and bear full responsibility for this.<\/p>\n

The content, design, functionality and photos of the Website are the property of Primo Vino. Customer comments are independent and Primo Vino is not responsible for them. In some cases, comments may be deemed inappropriate due to censorship and removed without further notice.<\/p>\n

USER REGISTRATION<\/strong>
\nYou can shop at Primo Vino website both ways: without registration or when created your own account. For your convenience, we recommend to create your own account- this will save your time when ordering next time since your data will be saved as well as you will have your purchase history.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong>
\nWe offer one of the following ways to pay for your items:
\n1. Bank card payment. Payment is made via Cardinity payment card platform.
\n2. Payment via e-banking by connecting to your internet bank acount. Payment is made via Paysera e-payment platform.
\n3. Cash payment upon delivery of goods with an additional cash collection fee of 2 \u20ac. If the order amount is in cents, the amount is rounded up by mathematical rounding.
\nWhen using first or second payment methods, external vendor systems are used and Primo Vino is not storing any customer data. Privacy policies of external vendors can be found here:

MONEY RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Primo Vino guarantees the quality of the good, however is not responsible for inproper usage or storage of the goods. If the quality of good was not acceptable during the delivery handling, Primo Vino will change the good. According to the article 6.228-10, 7 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, alcoholic drinks are not refundable.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TERMS<\/strong>
\nThe goods are delivered by Primo Vino or it`s authorized representative. We make deliveries all over Lithuania as well as to other countries upon special request.<\/p>\n

THE IDENTITY AND AGE OF THE PERSON ACCEPTING THE GOODS<\/strong>
\nGoods are sold and delivered to persons over 20 years. When checking out and agreeing with terms and conditions, client approves that he is the age of 20 years or more.The person must present his identity document at the time of delivery. If the personal data provided in the order does not match the data of the person collecting the goods, the seller reserves the right not to handle the ordered goods don`t return the money.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TIME ON WEEKDAYS<\/strong>
\nOrders are delivered within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed before 2 pm, the goods will be delivered the following working day in Lithuania. Goods are delivered from 10am to 5pm. The delivery is possible untill 8pm in Vilnius and Kaunas. The courier calls to arrange a specific delivery time.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TIME ON WEEKENDS<\/strong>
\nDelivery in Vilnius and Kaunas is also possible on weekends, by prior arrangement by phone +37065688281. On Saturdays delivery time is 10am to 8pm, on Sundays delivery time is 10am to 3pm.<\/p>\n

EXPRESS DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nExpress same day delivery is possible in Vilnius and Kaunas. Please call by phone +37065688281 to arrange the delivery.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong>
\nStandard delivery in Lithuania cost 3 EUR. Free shipping on orders of 20 EUR or more.
