The annual production is limited to 12000 0,75 liter bottles and 200 1,5 liter magnum bottles.
Each bottle comes in a branded tissue paper. A set of 6 0,75l bottles come in a branded wooden box. 1,5l magnum bottle comes in a separate branded wooden box.
VINEYARD
In Puglia, a region with the ideal climate for wine production, vineyard aging for more than 70 years, the Primitivo grapes were harvested with the utmost care. Located near the Ionian Sea and resting on a limestone platform layered with shells and marine sendiments the soil is mostly sandy. Yield: 30 quintals per hectare.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
The vines are not only carefully selected and picked by hand, but also processed according to the specifications of the old traditions. Harvested during the first two weeks of September. Maturing in French oak barrels for 24 months.
